The scrolling text bar located beneath the hero section on the mobile homepage is not functioning as expected. On mobile devices, the horizontal scroll behavior is either unresponsive or jittery, making it difficult for users to read the full content. Also not every word is displayed. On desktop it seems to work properly.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear @luc,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have noticed that the current widget is not fully responsive due to its structural design. To enhance the user experience for customers accessing the site via mobile devices, we kindly request that you consider hiding this widget on responsive layouts. In its place, it would be beneficial to implement a carousel or an alternative widget that is more suitable for mobile viewing.

We believe this adjustment will significantly improve the overall UI/UX for mobile users.

Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
