Is there some custom css we can use to relocate the Contact Us for Screets Live Chat from the bottom of the page to make it drop down from the top?

Hello,

You can select window position in Live Chat settings > Options > Appearance > Widget Position: http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0323/h_1458741740_9429032_2263e53a2f.png .

They have changed the backend on the list update I guess these are the options in the link in the private section. There is a section for custom CSS so maybe it has to just have code in there.

You’re using old plugin version.
Update it https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and check new settings.
