    Hi there, my live chat is not working. I’ve enter each and everything correctly as asked in “site info” and “integration” tab. But it kept showing ‘Please wait’ when i go ‘chat console’ section. Offline email is not working also. Waiting for reoly. Thanks

    Hello,

    You didn’t set App ID in chat settings under “Advanced” tab.
    Don’t forget to clear cache after saving changes in chat settings.

    Thanks for reply but the problem is still there I’ve added the APP ID and API in “Integration” tab but when I go to “chat console” it’s stuck and shows “Please wait…” and nothing happens. But in “Advanced” tab there are only 2 fields “Reverse proxy IPs” and “Custom CSS”.

    Thanks the problem is solved. Just have to enable the “identity toolkit api” from “https://console.cloud.google.com” against the relevant project. And secondly do not need to add “example.pk” to “OAuth redirect domains” section on the same page in step 4.
