Hi support team,

I use your plugin Screets chat on the theme (as you deliver this plugin to us for free), but we need the licence code for it, in order to change options settings!
We can’t change text, colors, etc… nothing.

Could you please send us the licence number for the plugin we have with your theme please? You can send it to my email address.
Also, it would be nice too to have the licence code for the rev slider too, because we can’t have templates sliders without the licence also. And as it come normally FULL with your theme, we need it too.

Thanks for your support! It is quite urgent (I already sent email to your support twice, but no answer..)

Hello,

Please provide us with link to the page and wp-admin access in Private Content to check issue.

All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them.
This plugins work fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us.
Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated.
The option with registering of these plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allow you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need.
You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Hi, thanks for your answer.
I downloaded your screets plugin on the dload page, but this is same. Always the licence is not provided…
And sorry but, no, your plugin don’t work as expected without the licence code, because we can’t change any settings without the licence.. Same as we can’t change color settings, etc… There is no “options” / “settings” panel without the code, and so then the plugin is not OK.

I’m not really agree with the thing that we always have to give you credentials to let you put the licence… Each time I have to reset my website, I will have to ask you?
It’s just simple to give us the licence number, like that we can do it by ourself, without asking you everytime.
So please, send me the licence code on my email, in order that I can keep it and do my settings by myself.

Ok, finally I bought another live chat plugin, as I couldn’t change simply the color of yours or the name displayed on the window, messages, etc…
Bit a shame, but the new one is better than Screets, with more options.
