  Good day. I have an issue with screets permissions. I have two roles in screets that can access the chat console to answer messages (contributor and admin). I can access the Chat console in my admin account on my wp-admin dashboard, but when i log in and try to access it via the wp dashboard it says i do not have permission. Same applies to my contibutors who don’t seem to have permission to access the console, but they do. Can you help me? Thanks in advance

  Also, i’m getting a lot of headers already sent errors from mojo marketplace apparently… i would like to fix that as well.

  Hi, there you go. Screets issue occurs when using the dashboard chat console link. The header issue occurs when an user tries to access wp about.php.

  Hi Rose.

  1. Log In in the Account
  2. Hover over Home on your wordpress dashboard. You should see a menu where chat console is located.
  3. click chat console.
  4. “You don’t have permission to access this” appears

  Second issue.
  1. Click the WordPress logo on your wordpress dashboard.
  2. You will get some headers already sent errors.

  Hello,

  1) I have updated plugin to latest version. We see the following when checking that page http://prntscr.com/j14rmw Please, follow the instructions and finish plugin configuration.

  2) These warnings are related to Screets Live chat plugin and are not related to our theme http://prntscr.com/j14x1g . So we can do nothing because we are not plugin developers. We have posted question about them in comments area of the plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-live-chat-plugin/3952877/comments?page=69&filter=all#comment_19196333 and we’ll inform you once get the answer.
