    I’ve downloaded the plugin’s new version but the folders’ name is changed from the previous version. Can i overwite the files in the old folder or have i to delete the plugin and reinstall it?

    screets-lc (new folder) > screets chat (old folder)

    Hello,

    You need to remove old folder in wp-content/plugins directory and upload a new one screets-lc.
