I recently restyled my long-standing Legenda site/store to XStore as the former is no longer supported. After many hours of redesigning the new version site I went live today and all was looking quite presentable. Then a new version of XStore was also released today which I uploaded to the correct WP directory. nb: I was using the XStore Child theme.
NOW suddenly after this new version upload everything has become completely scrambled on the site & I have had to put up a the Maintenance page to cover this.
Thankfully I can still see the correct design in the XStore theme editor in the backend, but no pages at all are previewing correctly in a main browser window.
Obviously something has been lost or overwritten .. I am not sure??? This has never happened before even though I have updated Legenda {and other WP sites} many times over the years. As the site is so very new I do not even have any database backup doh
Just as everything was fine – disaster lol. Please can you help?
The FTP details are in the Private area … but I will also need to grant your IP address clearance through the external firewall service. Can you send me this? I will pick up this tomorrow Aug 11.
