  Hi,

  I use the Legenda Theme v. 1.9.1. I have trouble accessing the website using Windows Phone or Windows tablet using Internet Explorer. Here, scrolling down the website is not possible. On other mobil devices or browser such as Android, iOS, Google Chrome, everything works fine. This is not related to the theme version. I tried to update to the latest one, but no success.
  Any suggestions or fixes?

  Hello,

  You’re using very old theme. Please update to the latest and check issue.
  Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

  Hi Robert,

  thanks for your explanation. As I mentioned in my post, I already tried to update to the latest version 2.9, but the issue is still there. So it seems, that this is a general issue.

  Also try to disable third-party plugins maybe some of them causes this issues on your side.

  Hi Robert,

  thanks for your quick reply. Yes, you are right, scrollbars are visible within IE. But this is not my problem. I can not scroll down the site using touch input devices in combination with IE such as is on mobile phones or tablets. Sorry, I should had point this out in my explanations before.

  Hello,

  Please try to disable Nice Scroll and Fixed navigation options in Dashboard->Theme Options->General then check issue.
