Says there's an error when I try and import the theme template

Hi
I am having trouble importing the theme template to my wordpress. It was working fine and then I tried to look at other demos and the template got all mixed up and was using loads of different ones. I looked it up and they said to reset my wordpress which I have done and it still says theres an error. Has anyone else had this problem and if so please could you advise me.

Hello,

Please provide WP admin credentials in Private Content and specify what template version you want to install.
