Save button on Add Single image in Visual Composer does not work

We haven’t touched our website in awhile and wanted to add some images. First Visual Composer was not displaying any of the content we had added to pages (even though pages worked fine). So we updated to the latest version of Visual Composer 4.12 and this allowed us to edit some old banners but when we tried to add a single image, the “Save Changes” button does nothing. The Close button works and it adds the element with no content. Also, doesn’t work for Add Gallery and Icon. I have tried in the FrontEnd editor and Backend.

Hello,

Please update the theme and check it.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
