    1/ To ensure optimal performance and security, we kindly request that you update your XStore parent theme to the latest version (9.4.5) and XStore core plugin (5.4.5). This update is crucial for maintaining compatibility between the theme and the core plugin, and to prevent any potential issues.

    We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

    Afterward, Please clear your browser cache and check again.

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Could you please download the following tool: https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/, perform an MTR towards the IP address 176.9.23.176, and send us a screenshot of the results?

    Please note that if the short description of your product contains tags, an unclosed tag may cause issues with the product grid.

    2/ XStore Builders > Single Product Builder via Elementor > edit template > add the desired element https://prnt.sc/pKJVxU8oXem_ to the page content.

    3/ One-page menu option was activated but not required in your case. We’ve disabled this via Theme Options, please clear the cache and check the result.
