Sales Booster “Waiting List” doens’t work well with variations

Hi,

I’ve noticed some issues with how the Sales Booster “Waiting List” feature interacts with product variations:

1. If only certain variations are out of stock, the “Waiting List” button does not appear for those specific variations.

2. When all variations are out of stock, the button is displayed, but after selecting a variation, it remains stuck on the loading state.

How can we solve these issues?

We’re using Elementor templates to build product template.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to clarify that the XStore waitlist feature, as previously mentioned, is designed to work exclusively with simple products.

If you prefer to continue using the waitlist functionality provided by other plugin with advanced settings to configure, you are welcome to do so. Please note that we do not require you to use only the features provided by us.

However, if you would like us to enhance the waitlist functionality to support variable products as well, we encourage you to submit your request via our roadmap page: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. This will allow us to assess the popularity of your suggestion and consider it for future updates.
