Sales booster progress is calculated wrong.

    We have set 15 EUR for Sales booster as limit.
    When you put 15 EUR to cart it says to put … empty space EUR more and progress bar sis not complete.

    It works fine when amount in cart is < or more than 15. What could be the issue?
