    Hello, guys!

So, I have this option on my theme customizer: Sales Booster, called “Floating Navigation Panel” (photo attached).

This just adds such a big heavy load to my website. I wanted to use it, but my request for the server gone up from 2.1 sec to 2.1 minute. MINUTE… gosh, that’s crazyyy.

Anyway, I disabled it, and it runs smoothly. I went up and down with my hosting provider, and thought it was from their server. But they reported no problem whatsoever.

And I wanted to report this to you, so that you know, so you can look into it.

    Attached all photos.

Thanks for all the help so far!

    Dear @TirlaP,

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. We have addressed the concern by re-uploading the images for the Floating Menu from your media library, as they were previously linked to our demo URLs (https://prnt.sc/Dn_NE9-Jcdh7). Please review the changes at your earliest convenience to confirm that the issue has been resolved.

Furthermore, we have escalated this matter to our development team for a comprehensive analysis and to devise a permanent solution.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Kind Regards,
    Jack Richardson
