    Hi again,

    Problem #1
I am having problems with the filters in my sale product pages. I figured out how to add sale pages, and even how to add specific sale pages for specific categories.

However, the filters do not work on these pages. Although the “product” widget is able to display only sale items, the category chosen to be displayed does not work. For example, if I choose “men” it displays all categories, instead of the just men products on sale.

    Problem #2
As for the sidebar filters, when I click on them, instead of filtering, they redirect the page to show all products. For example, if I am on the sale page, and click on “Blue” it will redirect me to the shop page with all of the regular and sale items that are blue. It does not filter within sale.

I found a plug-in called “onsale” that makes my sale pages the same format as my shop pages, however, that is pretty much everything it does. It includes a widget filter but only for attributes, not for category or brands.

I have noticed that there aren’t a lot of Sale filtering and organization options in woocommerce, which is rare since so much of today’s online shopping includes sales. Any plug-in suggestions would be very appreciated.

    Hello,

    1) a) Did you create simple pages with sale products and want to use the WooCommerce filter widgets for the simple page? It won’t work. WooCommerce filter widgets and 8theme filter widgets for the products do not work out of the WooCommerce archive pages (shop and product categories) by default.

    b) We have tested sale products from the category and did not face the issue https://gyazo.com/7207dada43eb7f0f2336536b47223ed3

    2) What widget do you use to display the “Blue”? Is it comes from the third-party plugin? Does filter work the way it should when the default theme – Storefront – is activated? Test, please. Provide us with link to that sale page and with WP Dashboard access.

If you have suggestions for the improvements of the WooCommerce plugin we would recommend you to contact them on the WooCommerce support forum, we are not plugin developers, we are theme developers and default options of the WooCommerce plugin are outside the scope of our support, sorry.

    Regards

    1. It is a simple page, but I used the onsale plugin to make it a shop page, with all of a regular shop page features.
    b) Yes, this is what I did, and it does show the products on SALE, the problem is with the CATEGORY selection it shows all of the products on sale without taking into account the category chosen.
    2. I am using 8theme widgets only. It does not filter within the products chosen, but rather redirects me to the regular pages and displays all of the “blue” products, but this is just an example, it happens with all of the filters.

    Hello,

    1) Problem is not related to our Products element because even if you remove it you still see the on sale product, this is how plugin works. And in plugin description clearly mentioned that it displays all the sale products http://prntscr.com/stvhco

    2) Our filter widgets were not developed to work on simple pages only for shop/product category pages. So, to make it work for that page requires additional customization. You can submit customization request here.
