Sale price not showing in shop or home page but shows on checkout

Good day,

I am currently running a sale. The sale price was showing last week, but today it is not showing on the shop or home page.
The sale price shows at checkout, but does show as a subtotal.

Please assist.

Please provide us with some screenshots or a video demonstrating the issue. Additionally, the credentials you provided are not valid for login. Kindly verify them before including them in your reply.

Thank you for providing the testing video. We have tested the issue on our side, but we were unable to reproduce it (please see the attached video). Could you please clarify the steps required to reproduce the issue on our devices, or let us know if a specific browser is needed?

Hi there, Im not sure what you mean when you say “reproduce it”.
I use safari and chrome.
I use the discount rules pro plugin.
You have assist me with this problem before.
Not sure what happened, but I have reloaded the activation key for the discount rules plug in. Items are on sale, but sales price is not showing on the home or shop pages as per my screen recording.
please look again.

Hello @Buhle,

The issue appears to be caused by the following plugins, which are not related to our theme:
– CURCY – Multi Currency for WooCommerce
– CURCY – WooCommerce Multi Currency Premium

When these plugins are disabled, product prices display correctly (https://gyazo.com/66068bdfca2dd2eb52b0ae6df615496e). This suggests there may be an incompatibility between your Discount Rules Pro plugin and the mentioned plugins. You may wish to verify this on your end as well.
