I have same problem as in this ticket : https://www.8theme.com/topic/sale-countdown-timer-ending-a-day-early-date-interpretation-mismatch-with-woocommerce/#post-471693

When i upload products with sales end date via .csv to woocommerce the count down is one day short.
When i edit a product i dont change any setting just click update the countdown fixes itself but i’m uploading hundreds of products at once i cant just go trough all of them and click update.

im displaying my sale products here: https://kulimary.hu/akcio/villam-akciok/

    Hello @Kulimary,

After reviewing your request, we found that it differs from the topic you attached. We have implemented improvements in the Elementor product grid and carousel widgets, so you can check them now. Also, such improves will be included in next theme update.

Well have i 2 products with exact same Sale end date and the the product grid show 2 diffrent countdown timers the K1 screenshot product was updated manually and the product from k2 screenshot was imported via .csv to woocommerce (im using the native product import not any extra plugins) in k3 screen shot you can see the issue.

This is confusing for the customers and me too as sale dates need to be precise.

    Please help.

    Hello @Kulimary,

Thank you for the additional details.

This issue is not related to the XStore theme. The sale date is stored and processed by WooCommerce itself. In your case, the affected products were imported via CSV, and it looks like the sale date values for those products were not fully normalized through the standard WooCommerce product save process.

That is why the issue appears only for imported products that were not updated manually. Once a product is opened and saved in the WooCommerce product editor, WooCommerce recalculates and saves the sale date correctly, so the date/time becomes correct.

Since you have thousands of products, manually re-saving each product is not a practical solution. We would recommend one of the following options:

    1. Re-import the products using WooCommerce’s built-in CSV importer, making sure the sale date columns are formatted correctly.

    2. Export the affected products, correct/update only the sale date fields, and import them back using the product ID/SKU mapping so WooCommerce updates existing products instead of creating new ones.

    3. Ask your developer or hosting provider to run a one-time WooCommerce CRUD-based batch script or WP-CLI command. The script should process products in small batches, reload the sale date values, set them again using WooCommerce methods such as set_date_on_sale_from() and set_date_on_sale_to(), and save the product, so re-save action is triggered on your products. This will force WooCommerce to normalize the imported sale dates without editing every product manually.

We do not recommend editing the sale date values directly in the database, because WooCommerce applies its own date, time, and timezone handling when products are saved. Direct database changes may keep the same issue or create additional inconsistencies.

In short, the correct fix should be applied at the WooCommerce product data level, either by re-importing the sale dates properly or by running a one-time batch normalization process for the affected imported products.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson
