Topic: Rupees symbol is not not visible in some device

I have used Bodoni font in theme globally.After changing font rupees symbol not visible it appears as square but other currencies are getting shown.Why is it happening? what is the solution for it?

Please let me know what browser you use. Make sure that the browser is not very old. Also, please check the problem on different devices.
Do you have some fonts errors in the console?

I am using google chrome version Version 65.0.3325.181

and I have this problem after importing font Bodoni before that everything was working fine.

Actually it is working fine on mobiles

Hello,

I am using the same browser version. Likely your problem relates to cache. Have you tried to clear cache or check single product page on another computer?

To be able to help we need to see the problem or even re-create it on our side. Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access and describe in details what should we do to be able to see the problem. Thanks in advance.

I have removed the currency exchange plugin.And also removed price for products

There is nothing specific that can help you to see the problem except for the screenshot that I have sent earlier.

Rupee symbol displayed as a square.

I would recommend you to delete this line http://prntscr.com/j789ox and include the font via rewriting et_enqueue_gfonts function (royal/framework/theme.php) in functions.php file of child theme.

Hello,

I would recommend you to edit files via FTP, not via the editor.
You need to copy the function http://prntscr.com/j7ci1z into child theme (without function_exists) and add required content there.
