RTL issue – arrows are not aligned properly. When fixing please notice the direction the arrows scroll to as well.
Also, please can you let me know how to remove the pop-up?

I have updated both the plugins and the theme, the issue persists. Please check it.
FTP access is troublesome to grant atm, but usually support can fix most CSS issues without FTP access.
if you can’t fix from the wordpress interface lmk and I will try to figure out how I can grant you FTP access.
