Please help. I’d follow the instruction given in the “https://8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html” and already completed the “Demo Data Installation” but there were no demo data loaded. Please help, thank you.

please provide us with admin credentials for your site in ‘Private content’ section. We will check this problem.

i’ve been through this before, the problem arise because your host disconnect the import process due to timed out… if you’re a dev.. you can follow the request by opening the inspect editor and see the requested process rejected

I’m sorry for late reply as I was away and thank you for your prompted reply. I manage to solved the problem by trying to re install the demo few times and at last it was working fine. If the same problem persist and then I will feedback to 8theme. Once again thank you.

I’m sorry as for not able to reply you. I really appreciate your kind feedback. Yes you are right and that might the be issue. The problem was resolved after I “Reinstall” the demo data few times.
