Royal Theme Video Issue with Google Search

    I have added several product videos to my Royal site’s product pages (using the Product video feature of the theme). Now Google has introduced a new metric in Search Console for videos.

    The problem is, Google flags all my videos as non-indexable and that might reduce my site’s ranking score. Search Console doesn’t give a specific reason why it can’t index the videos within the theme. It might be because the indexing robot can’t determine the position or size of the player or because there is no thumbnail presented for the video, among other possible issues.

    Are you perhaps investigating the issue and is there anything I can do in the meantime?

    Hello,

    Take our apologies for the delay in answering.

    Please provide URL of product with the video, which you tested. URL of service where the test was done, file, or screenshots with results.

    Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
