  I just updated to the latest Version of Woo commerce. Don’t send me your video on how to update a theme. I already saw it and did everything to a tee. The update for 1.71 will not go in to effect. After everything is done loading through FTP and I go back to the theme options and hit save changes within the active child theme, nothing happens, It still shows the previous version along with the child theme from the previous version.

  Please help me with this please.

  Hello,

  As I see your theme is updated. You have old version displayed because you’re using child theme and old version is written in style.css file of the child theme.
  Are you still experiencing any issues after the theme update?
