  Dear 8Theme,

  We’ve just purchased the Royal Theme, however we cannot seem to be able to install the theme to WP. Is there are specific method in doing this. We have downloaded the ZIP file and trying to add the them but it just will not open.

  Could you please advise.

  Just to let you know, we’ve tried another 2/3 times to upload but it just doesn’t want to upload. We are trying to upload the Zip folder we downloaded yesterday.

  Hello,

  I’ve uploaded theme archive via Appearance > Themes > Add New http://prntscr.com/iuu1cv
  also installed a child theme and base demo content. You can install required demo version in Theme Options > Import/Export.
  Also, do not forget to read theme documentation and watch video tutorials https://www.8theme.com/videos/
