Royal Phone skin "problem" with menu.

Hello.
I try to build a new eshop and i am a bit confused because of my ignorance.
I install new Royal Phone Skin because i found it great !
I have a problem:
My menu does not stay in one place when scrolling. Instead it behaves like normal theme does (not fixed).
Can i have it fixed only on landing (first) page like the demo (https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/demo61/#1) and how ?

ps
i use for this page if helps:
1. without sidebar
2. no widget area
3. custom navigation (my menu)
4. one page navigation is set to: ON

Hello,

Please make sure you deleted the file wp-content/themes/royal/vc_templates/vc_row.php. After that check the page.

Thanks Jack but this did not solve the problem.
The actual result of this delete waw to make the first Raw of page content boxed instead of wide. So i undeleted the file again

Hello,

I’ve removed the file wp-content/themes/royal/vc_templates/vc_row.php and enabled “Full page sections” option in the page editor. Please clear browser cache and check the site now.
