I want to change newsletter and language parts on the top.(https://s32.postimg.org/79s5db57p/Screen_Shot_2016_08_04_at_3_34_12_PM.png)
How can I change and access it. Can you help me?

Hello, thanks for using our them.

To remove newsletter button you should go to ( Theme Options -> Promo Popup ) and disable ( Show link in the top bar ) option.

You can also remove all top bar to to this go to ( Theme Options -> Header ) and switch of ( Enable top bar ) option.

For remove ( My Account ) and ( Logout ) go to ( Theme Options -> Header ) and switch of ( Enable top links (Register | Sign In) ) option.

To change language links in top bar go to ( Appearance -> Widgets -> Left side top bar area ) and add there empty text widget – it will remove links from the top bar.
also you can add any another widget to it and it will outputed on top bar.
