Hi there,
I just bought and installed your royal theme but I don’t really understand why it interacts with previous themes I had previously uninstalled.
Also I don’t really understand how to load the royal gim demo
cheers
Vincent
Hello,
You can import Gym Store template in Dashboard->Theme Options->Import/Export.
Please provide us with wp-admin access in Private Content.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Hello maverick81,
would you kindly provide us with admin credentials for your site in private content?
We will check your theme settings and install Royal Gym demo for you.
Regards,
Stan Russell.
hey Stan
thanks for the updates
here are my admin credentials
thanks you
Hi Robert,
I forwarded my credential logins to Stan but just in case, here they are
thanks
Still displaying weirdly. What shall I do?
Any news?
Hello,
I’ve installed “Gym” template.
Please check your site now.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Thanks a lot Eva,
But as already stated, it interacts with old templates I uninstalled
see the 25% box, the newsletter login, the contact box etc… As you can see even the demo links are being displayed weirdly.
cheers
Vincent
Hello,
As I see you’ve added content with banner ‘25%’ in Appearance->Widgets->Left side top bar area. http://prntscr.com/9nupsx
Please try to remove it and check.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Hey Robert,
How are you doing?
I followed your instructions but it’s still showing up
my site > http://lescalier-fitness.com/
your demo > https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/gym/?et_styles=0-1-1-7-0-5
I’ve got weird links, widgets, text and stuff. I did not even star working on the theme. It might be links to old widgets and stuff from previous themes.
How do I get a clean demo?
Cheers
Vincent
Hello,
You had this code in Text widget in Left Side top bar area in Appearance > Widgets:
[imageframe lightbox="no" lightbox_image="" style_type="none" hover_type="liftup" bordercolor="" bordersize="0px" borderradius="0" stylecolor="" align="none" link="http://theme-fusion.com/avada/gym/membership" linktarget="_self" animation_type="0" animation_direction="down" animation_speed="0.1" hide_on_mobile="no" class="" id=""] <img alt="" src="http://theme-fusion.com/avada/gym/wp-content/uploads/sites/9/2015/12/gym_ad-compressor.jpg" width="270" height="180" />[/imageframe]
I’ve removed the widget. Now check header of your template.
Template was modified and new section “Subscribe to our newsletter” was added.
Please check the page now.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hey Eva,
Thanks for the updates.
You’re a star
Now could you tell me how to
1) get rid of the grey text on revolution slider > SET YOUR MAIN MENU IN APPEARANCE > MENUS
2) get rid of the multilanguage and money icons on revolution slider (top left)
3) get rid of the newsletter, my account, logout links on revolution slider (top right)
These Three components aren’t part of the theme and I don’t know why they show up
Last but not least, the demo menu doesn’t appear on my site ie demos, blog, shop etc….
cheers
Vincent
Hello,
I’ve disabled the top bar in Theme Options->Header and added the following code in Theme options->Custom CSS->Global Custom CSS.
.tbs {
display: none;
}
Please check it.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Hoho Robert,
Talk about a kick ass support, you guys rock
I do have a question though
I would like to replace the subscribe to our newsletter section with an event/news section > a bit more like these guys > http://www.iron-gym.fr/ (site is in french but if you look at the Quoi de neuf chez Iron, you’ll know what I mean)
cheers
Vincent
In this case you can use Posts Slider element via Visual Composer plugin.
I’ve added the Posts Slider element to the newsletter section. Please check it.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
