I just bought the Royal theme, installed and imported the demo data but I still can’t see the demo pages. Please help

As I see demo page like Portfolio, FAQ, Contact us are installed.
Are you unable to install templates variants in Theme Options > Import/Export?

I have imported and it said successfully imported demo data but I cannot see the pages (layouts). For example I have selected the Travel One Page version but I can only see the default layout (Royal Store). I also can’t see the demo sliders as used in the royal demo
