  Hello,

  I have updated the theme and all the plugins to their latest versions.
  The sidebar is gone and the filters in the shop pages are not working (not loading).
  When I disable visual composer everything works, but when I disable the royal core plugin and keep visual on they also work.

  I tried switching to a default theme and keep visual on with all the rest of the plugins and things work.

  So I believe theres a problem with the royal core plugin.

  Please help me our my store is currently in “coming soon”

  Hello,

  The problem was caused by content of “Категория Меню” static block, you added this block in Shop page sidebar and selected the same sidebar here – https://prnt.sc/pxphf5 . I’ve edited the block and set to display Main sidebar in the content of the block. Please check it now.

  Also, you can update WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) plugin to the latest version via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/Plugins/Plugins_Update > https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/Plugins/WPBakery_Page_Builder_Settings
