    Hello,
when analysing my shop with google chrome, the “network” tab says that admin-ajax.php has a waiting time (TTFB) of about 2.5 seconds.

To get better results, I installed the Heartbeat control plugin and enabled heartbeat only on post edit pages and 60 seconds. But unfortunately it changed nothing.

So I disabled ALL plugins except Heartbeat Control and Woocommerce. Now the waiting time is still 1 second which is still to much.
I switched to storefront theme and all worked fine, the admin-ajax.php did not show anymore.
Went back to Royal and admin-ajax.php was back again with about 1 second of waiting time.

So I had a look at the template files and found that there are some parts in Royal theme where admin-ajax.php is called. Is this really necessary or is there a way to prevent this?

You’ll find the domain of my test page in private content. The only plugins activated are Heartbeat Control and Woocommerce.

    Many thanks in advance!

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

In this case you may disable the option “Ajax “Add To Cart”” in Theme Options > Single Product Page. Then check your site.

    Regards,
