Please provide us with full permissions to the wp-admin panel.

Also if you’re using the old plugins versions please update them to the latest and check this issue.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

I’ve enabled the option “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” on every page” in Theme Options > General.
Clear browser cache and check site now.
