    Hi:

The site we built with Legenda is active and working, but we have an issue with rotating images.

    When we open the page:
    http://foradocloset.com.br/categoria-produtos/bolsas/

on a desktop, it shows all the purses and bags correctly.

When we open it on a mobile phone (we tested on iPhone 4S, 5C and 6S), some of the images are rotated 90 degrees.

    What may be happening?

    Best Regards,
    Caetano

    Hello,

Could you please show a screenshot of the issue as we don’t see such problem?

Also you’re using old theme version. Please update it to 2.11 version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

We checked your site on iPhone with default Woocommerce theme Storefront and the issue persists there too:
    http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/0226/h_1456474630_7876125_75eddb3a6e.png

So it’s not related to our theme. Perhaps some plugin is causing the issue. Try to disable them one by one to find it out.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
