Rollover image swap not working on single product page

    Hey there,

    I uploaded some new product pics and now my rollover image swap feature isn’t working on my single product pages.

    It was working previously, but now it’s not.

    Thoughts on how to fix or what happened?

    Hello,

    I checked single product page and images are scrolling in main image window.

    Please clear browser cache and check again.

    Thanks Eva, but that didn’t work for me. I tried in IE and Firefox – cleared cache in both and I still have to click on the arrows or other gallery images to change view the photos. It used to have the cool rollover feature previously.

    Any other thoughts?

    Hello,

    Swap feature works only on Shop page in our theme, but not on single product pages.
    Perhaps you used some plugin for it because our theme doesn’t have swap option for images in single product pages.

    That makes sense – maybe I was just thinking that it was the single product page.

    However, my shop page is also not doing any swapping either. I’ve cleared every cache and cookie on firefox, IE, and Chrome.

    Still nothing… 🙁

    Hello,

    Have you added hover image in Product editor for each image?
    Also check if enabled Swap option in Theme Options > Products Page Layout > Product Image Hover.

    Thanks Eva. I had already set the Theme Options > Products Page Layout > Product Image Hover.

    I just added an image to the hover image section of the product editor. It’s swapping on the Beach Runner product of the shop page but it only swaps to a blank white image. I thought the image was too large so I resized and re-uploaded an image for the hover at 450px x 600px. That didn’t work either.

    Any other thoughts?

    While your in there would you also mind seeing if you can tell me how to fix the missing wishlist and quickview text from links on the shop page images? It’s fine on related items but missing on the shop page. I can start a new thread if you’d like me to.

    Hello,

    As I understood correctly your domain hasn’t been transferred to your hosting company yet, has it?
    Hover image should work when you use your real domain name, and not temporary one from hosting company.

    It works now after getting off the temp url. I had to re-upload my hover images to make it work – I’m happy!
