    Hello,

    Try to disable all 3rd-party plugins to check if one of them causes the problem.

    I have all plugins disabled…. still no joy?

    Were you able to login okay using the FTP details supplied in the private content?

    I tried again removing all plugins and clearing my browser cache, no luck? The Menu is appear active but no menu list appears…
