Hi, I know this plugin is not yours and that I should contact the developer of this plugin. But it comes with your theme and that is why we dont have support with the original developers.

I can not make the slider to show css for the captions that I add. This are the changes I made:

     photo siteslider 1_zpsxzumfd9z.jpg

this is how they look in my website:

     photo siteslider 2_zpsxcon1mra.jpg

    I already tryed:
1- disabeling all plugins and no luck.
2- another theme and also not working.

What should I do now? buy the plugin to have support?

    thanks

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

If changes doesn’t work with other theme then the issue is with the plugin.
Try to write styles in the text editor http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0519/h_1463652724_7979637_a7e5c1555f.jpeg like
    <div style="color:white; font-size: 22px">Professionelle Produkte und Zubehör</div>

hi, already contacted my hosting providers and they replayed this:

    Ali,

After carefully investigating the case, I believe that the issue is caused by the code in your theme.

It seems that some of the css files of the theme are not loading properly and especially those that are responsible for the fonts.

    Code:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
http://www.meeresdepot.de/en/%3Clink%20href=/http:/fonts.googleapis.com/css…y=Open+Sans%27%20rel=%27stylesheet%27%20type=%27text/css%27%3ERoboto%3A500 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
http://www.meeresdepot.de/en/%3Clink%20href=/http:/fonts.googleapis.com/css…pen+Sans%27%20rel=%27stylesheet%27%20type=%27text/css%27%3EOpen+Sans%3A300 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
http://www.meeresdepot.de/en/%3Clink%20href=/http:/fonts.googleapis.com/css…y=Open+Sans%27%20rel=%27stylesheet%27%20type=%27text/css%27%3ERoboto%3A500 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

What I could offer you is to contact the theme developer and inform them about the issue, you could also consider reinstalling the theme to check if it fixes the issue.

As you could see, the links are incorrect and this is why the fonts are not loaded.

Of course, if there is anything else we could do assist you further, do not hesitate to contact us.

    So its your theme.

    thanks

    Hello,

You checked the slider with other theme and the same problem persists there too. Our theme can’t influence other themes, so the problem is related to the plugin.
Please check again: activate WordPress default theme and check the slider.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Ok that is not the point. This plugin does not work and it comes with your theme. So, do I need to buy a slider plug in? becouse your “Free” plugin is not working.

I can see also from your replay that you didnt even underestand my issue so here are the steps to recreat it:

    go to dashboard

    click on:

    slider revolution / Slider_EN

    you will see this:

     photo siteslider 1_zpsxzumfd9z.jpg

but if you go to the site, you will see that the css styles are not taken or shown. The page show this:

     photo siteslider 2_zpsxcon1mra.jpg

So, help me fix it or should I buy the plugin so that they can help me with your non working free plugin?

    thanks

    Hi,

this was the replay from the developers of Revolution Slider:

I have performed testing and it seems like changes are not being reflected on front-end but in editor and preview it works perfectly, and i have imported your slider to our testing server it was working perfectly and after deactivating theme, font-loading issue was resolved but still changes aren’t working on your site.

So something is wrong. I dont know if its a issue with the my server or with your theme.

Also the site is not working with some versions of Explorer.

    thanks

    Hello,

Please update the theme to 3.0.1 version and check your site after that.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
