Hi there,
I believe I’ve implemented Revolution Slider correctly through Visual Composer, however it doesn;t load properly and only shows a grey box?
Any advice? Perhaps a Revolution Slider update would fix?
Thanks,
Hans
Hello,
I’ve updated Revolution Slider plugin, but you need also update the theme to 2.5 version.
Don’t forget to create a back up of the files and database before update!
Thank you.

Hi there, I’ve upgraded per your instructions, but still no slider and now I’m getting ‘Call to undefined function vc_column_offset_class_merge()’ error. It seems the VC plugin is out of date.
Hello,
Concerning that error you should contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase memory limit value.
Thank you.

I got the memory issue fized. Remains my original question: I still can get the slider to work and now I’m getting ‘Call to undefined function vc_column_offset_class_merge()’ error instead, what’s happening? The Visual Composer is out of date too and I can’t upgrade it from the plugin page.
Hello,
Please give us your email address and we’ll send a new plugin version to you.

Hi, please see private content.
Hello,
We’ve sent 2 plugins archives to you – Revolution Slider and Visual Composer.
Please check.

Thank you, Eva. The Visual Composer error has been resolved by the updated plugin. However, the Revolution Slider issue remains – just a grey bar.
Hello,
Have you made any changes in the original theme files?
Please provide us with FTP credentials.
Thank you.

Hi,
You should have FTP access now. I haven’t made any changes, nothing changed when I updated the theme to the newest version.
Can you have a look why the slider only shows a grey bar?
Thanks!
Hans
Hello,
If you want to show slider on Woocommerce Shop page you need add its shortcode to a product page banner section as I’ve done in Theme Options > Shop > Products Page Banner.
Please check your page now.
Thank you.
