Revolution slider not displaying and upgrade questions

Hi,

My revolution slider is not displaying, recent event. Also I want to upgrade my wordpress site to the 4.1 addition. Is this possible, are there any bugs? which files do I need to update on my ftp.

I cannot upgrade revolution slider. Product code says invalid.

Hello hokumaustralia,

Please provide us with link to the page and wp-admin access in Private Content as well.
Also you can try to update WordPress manually.
Don’t forget to make backup your site.

Wordpress is updated, the revolution slider for the Royal Theme will not update because the product code says it’s invalid.

Hello wesjones10,

Please provide us with FTP credentials to the root folder of the site.
As I see you have use old version of the theme. Please update to the latest.
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.

You can watch the tutorial written in the previous post for the client @wesjones10.
It’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same.
