Revolution Slider Judder after latest update +

    Hello, can you help with a couple of confounding issues I have had since recent theme updates please?

    1. Latest Xstore/WPBakery update has caused a judder effect in my Revolution Slider. There’s now a big judder at the end of each of my three slides at the top of my home page. Please see link in private content area. This is clearly apparent in Chrome only. Edge and Firefox appear smoothly animated.

    2. At the top of page under the slider, in the latest blog posts area, there is a small visible icon at the top left of each of the six images. In different browsers, this may be an outlined rectangle, or a rectangle with a question mark or letters inside. I can’t identify where this is being introduced. This may have been an issue prior to the current updates. These unwanted elements do not appear on the actual blog pages, only on the home page.

    All other pages appear to behave as expected

    Any advice or assistance would be be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Regarding the issue with the blog sections, we have resolved it.

    As for the bug related to the Revolution Slider, the same issue also occurs with the default theme. Therefore, we kindly recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance.

    Hello,

    Many thanks for resolving the second issue, it’s much appreciated.

    As regards the issue with the Revolution Slider, I certainly can’t afford to pay another $91 for Theme Punch to fix a bug on the one slider I use on the website. I’m sure Eight Theme used to extend support for plugins that were included in the Xstore package, but it appears that this is no longer the case?

    I’ll wait to see if the next Revolution Slider update fixes the issue before I decide whether to replace the plugin with another.
