Revolution slider- how to insert picture correctly

Hello,
I need urgent help with the revolution slider. I would like to exchange demo slide with picture for my store. Unfortunately my picture appear cropped. Faces are not showing properly and product are too big. I have tried to resize using the media editor, but I cannot rescale it
I get an error NAN message. Please help I need to get the website ready by Thursday.

Hello,

You’re using a square image with 564×574 dimensions. Please try to add image with the better size, for example 1600×900.

Hi,
I m no expert but is there a way to edit the image to fit the slide size? Maybe with photoshop? Is that the customization you can offer or maybe refer me to a photo editor?

Yes, you need use Photoshop.
