Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias sidebar-boxed not found.

    I get this error on my site.

    Could you send me the zip file so I can import the slider? It seems it was missing from the demo content.

    We’ve sent the archive to your registration email.
    Also, you can find all import files in heme-package/XML files folder.

    I am now getting:

    Import data is not valid.

    I tried both the file you sent me and the slider.zip in the XML Files > Sidebar Boxed folder
