Revolution slider doesn't load everytime, intermittent

Our revslider doesn’t fully load everytime, sometimes it just sits black and has the white loading ball forever.

I googled “revslider not loading every time” and there are a lot of issues in the results. I don’t know why, but it just doesn’t load every single time, sometimes it gets stuck.

Many of the results relate to setting an image size, or js code, its beyond me, your help is greatly appreciated.

Any ideas?

it isn’t same thing happens, sometimes the whole thing doesn’t load and the little loader just keeps going but it never starts, it is definitely still happening intermittently

in my research, a lot of people talk about having to set the image of the images and I checked my slider and settings and everything looks good, but the issue is still occurring. any help would be greatly appreciated.
