    I had an issue this week where after I logged in to my site, I was just getting a blank screen on all the admin side. The hosting company disabled Revolution Slider and it worked again, since then I’ve tried to install the latest plugin off your website but I keep getting a fatal error. I also tried to update Visual composer but also had an error. Can someone please help me.

    Hello,

    Did you try to install plugins via FTP?
    Check the server error logs. What errors do you have there?
    Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Regards

    Hi there — no, we didn’t try to install by FTP. Here’s the error log file:

    Hello,

    You are using the old version of WooPress theme and bundled plugin and PHP 7.2. It can be the reason of your problem. We asked you FTP access to your site to help you with the theme and plugins update, not WP Engine login. Please, provide FTP host, user, and pass.

    Regards

    P.S. I have updated theme and plugins via Dashboard. Don’t see any problem. Check, please.

    Thanks so much!

    Could you just tell me how to get that homepage slider back in to the page so it sits underneath the navigation? Like https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/onepage/

    Thanks I didn’t have that turned on in the page…. but when I put the slider in the menu text is still dark and the slider has a space above it (there is some CSS that lifts the logo up so it sits flush with top – don’t know whether that’s effecting it): http://prnt.sc/n64q2k

    Thank you so much for your help!

    Hello,

    Please change this custom CSS code https://prnt.sc/n68djc to

    .home .header-wrapper .menu > li > a {
        color:  white !important;
    }
    .home .page-content {
        margin-bottom: -30px !important;
        margin-top:  0px !important;
    }

    Also, do not add php code in custom CSS area of Theme Options – https://prnt.sc/n68e7s “Global Custom CSS” area should contain CSS code only.

    Regards
