Revolution Slider could not open any link from mobile screen.

Dear Service,

I could open any link on revolution sliders from my testing site via mobile screen.
Testing site: store.yoz.com.tw/
revolution slider version: 5.0.4

But the link of revolution sliders from formal site could not open via mobile screen.
Formal site: rockpal.com.tw/
revolution slider version: 5.1.5

Testing environment: iPhone6, Safari browser
Please check and help me how to recovery the link on revolution sliders of my formal site?

Hello,

Please update Visual Composer plugin to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and check slider buttons after that. You’re using very old plugin version which may cause conflict.

Dear Eva,

I’ve updated two plug-ins Visual Composer and Revolution Sliders to the latest version, but the slider on mobile screen still could not link to anywhere.
I checked my slider hyperlink setting also, you can find it has been set correctly. Please check this picture. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0UZ77fMI9c0VFpqaVA2NldQeDg/view?usp=sharing

Is there any other possible cause mobile slider link could not work?

We checked your site on iPhone and didn’t see the issue. All links on slider are working.

Dear Eva,

Yes, it works again because I updated the theme last Friday (1/29, Taiwan time).
Thanks for your checking. This issue has been fixed.
