  Hi,

  I ask your help. Before I had no any problem with the revolution slider. The new version, 5.2.1 and also the previous one on the other hand are problematic.

  If I create a new slider I cannot apply it.
  If I make a new row on a page and I place in the revolution slider, then everything disappear form the page except the header, and only this message can be seen: “Record not found”.

  If I remove the row with the revolution slider, the page content comes up again.

  What can be the problem that wasn’t before?

  Sorry for a delay. I’ve changed slider alias to “slider1” and now it’s shown on the page. Clear browser cache and check.
