Revolution slider? - by freerunner - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I am using theme template agency (one page) with the side bar header, and I have tried everything to get the left slider button (on the revolution slider) to appear, but it seems that the header is in the way. The slider options allow you to move the button horizontally and vertically in pixels, but nothing I do seems to help. Is there anyway that you can help me get the left button to appear so users can access it? Thanks

Hello,

As I see left button isn’t shown even with the first header type.
Have you made any changes in the files?

Thanks for the reply. I haven’t made any changes to any files. It seems that this is the way the slider came with the demo data after installation. Is there anyway to fix it?

Have you changed login details to wp-admin panel?

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, but my website has crashed because Godaddys WordPress hosting back up service failed when I tried to go back a day. Godaddy is trying to fix the issue, but not sure if they can yet. I’ll keep you posted.I may be rebuilding my website with wpengine as my hosting provider.

Eva, thanks for your concern. I have decided to take my hosting else where. Hopefully my experience with WP Engine will be a good one. I just installed your theme for my new rebuild of my website and I still need to get that left slider button to appear. Please advise, new login credentials below. Thanks

I’ve disabled “Force Full Width” in Revolution Slider settings and now the slider is working fine.
