Revolution slider - by Diginet - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,
    Revolution slider is not working properly. It does not load thumbnails and is not possible to install templates. We have multiple websites on the same server and the slider is working properly everywhere. So I guess that’s the problem with your theme.

    Hello,

    1) What thumbnails are not loaded? Could you provide us with link to your site, temporary WP Dashboard access and screenshot of the issue?
    2) Are you talking about XStore slider templates or default Revolution slider templates http://prntscr.com/s6zrcf ?

    Hello,
    I found out! I don’t know why it doesn’t work in Mozilla Firefox, but the slider can be edited normally in Chrome. Basically, everything is fine.
