    Hi

I have updated to the latest version of wordpress and revolution slider.

The slide works fine on frontend home page when it loads but if i toggle between browser tabs and return to page where slider is active, the slide either freezes or appears blank. See http://awesomescreenshot.com/0be5s20692

I am generally using firefox but the same issue occurs on IE and im guessing Chrome.

Can you please advise on issue?

    Thank you

    Hello,

I’ve checked the slider and it’s working fine even after I returned to the page where slider is active.
Are you using the latest browser version?
Try to clear browser cache and check again.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

Please try to check with different browsers.
Now the slider is shown for non-logged in users and it’s not frozen when browsing within the pages and returning to home page. I don’t see such issues any more.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

The issue is still there! Also i set the height of slider several times and 450px high and it keeps reverting to 600px default.

There are big problems with revolution slider. Please advise

The slide is still stalling. I thought it was fixed for a while but if you leave the page for any length of time it just stalls.

    Hello,

Unfortunately we can’t replicate the issue with slider, even checked in different browsers.
Please try to clear all cache, cookies in your browser, also activate some other theme and check if the same problem persists there too.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
