    Hi,

    I’ve got a question regarding the average product rating. I’ve received 5/5 and 3/5 reviews, but still, the average is shown as 5/5. Why does it happen? You can check it here: https://cosmicpantry.com/pl/sklep/mus-kokosowy-pink-beauty-goji-rozowa-pitaja/

    You need to update 8theme Core plugin to 1.0.23 version, so go to Appearance > Install plugins > Update Core plugin.
    Then clear cache and check the rating.

    Thanks for the reply.
    Have you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins?
    Unfortunately, I can’t log in. Please provide us with correct wp-admin access.
