Morning
Could I get some help on getting my comments/reviews testimonials working on my site please as none of this is working

I have added plugins to help with this situation but none of the short codes are registering

Hello,

Please show a page where you’re using testimonials.

Also you should update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Sorry I had to go away on personal business, this has now been concluded

I have done as you asked and updated the site as you have suggested

Could I now have help on created the testimonials that I asked about
The page that I would like to see this on is http://9-naturals.com/consultancy-services/
but I would also like to k now if i can get these in other places too.

Hello,

Testimonials aren’t shown because you haven’t created any of them in wp-admin panel > “Testimonials” section. I’ve created test testimonial and now it’s shown on your page:
http://9-naturals.com/consultancy-services/

Clear browser cache and check.

Hi Eva
I made my own short code to add a testimonial but it did do it then I put your code back in but now it’s not working 🙁

Isn’t there a way were I can just add comments to the page for the moment until I get the testimonials up and running

To be honest would like both functions

If you still have my access details please use the username I created for you previously
