Revelution slider not working and even not loading

i did my all configurations but revolution slider is not working in my life i have purchased soomany themes but this theme only made me soo pissd and not that much user friendly i really want a support pleas in future i recommend put some more effort to documentation and by the way theme appearance is dame awesome but to configure only making me time i really need a help and pleas so then only i can give some ratings

and pleas provide me how to show the revolution slider in the site this is my site, if there any private message pleas give me your email so i can pm you

pleas see the site now and i was waiting your message but your reply was came to my spam folder so i reported google not to spam this mail and 8 theme is verified costumer service… after i get the reply ill let you know

and now how do i send you the admin credentials? pleas let me know and pleas tell after fix this issue tell me what actually happens and my client really like your theme so i can purchase more but only one thing is its a bit hard to configure other than that all are awesome

Hello,

You can provide admin credentials in private content box in this topic.
Also to show slider try to do the following: go to Revolution Slider in WP Dashboard > enter settings of your slider > click “SlideShow-Auto” option and save the settings. After that check the slider.

i found it and i load the preset to auto and still the same ill provide you the username and the pass pleas see whats happening actually and pleas let me know what you have corrected. and pleas i dont want that language option and the currency option default my country currency only is enough so pleas i want to remove that one also pleas guide me how to do that

Hello,

Your problem was related to old version of Revolution Slider. We have updated plugin and it works. The latest version of plugins included in our theme you can find here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

Here you can find Revolution Slider documentation to understand all the features plugin has http://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/ If you check your email you’ll find default Revolution Slider examples (http://revolution.themepunch.com/examples/)

Languages and currency is just default content. In case you want to place your own go to Appearance > Widgets > Left top bar widget area (add empty text widget to remove default content).
