Hi, im try to editing he costum tab on the product “SHIP YOUR ITEM BACK TO US” and other text, I click save but in the product there aren’t the edit save. Why?

Hello,

Do you mean the changes you’re making aren’t saved?
Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.

Hi, exacly. I try to edit the product, after the save there are not that new info on the Costum tab. In attacched the credential. Im also trying to translate “PRODUCT DESCRIPTION” on the product page, but without result. I have try to use the .po files of woo commerce and woopress .po file.

Hello,

I tried to edit custom tab for a product and in Theme Options > Single Product Page.
New content was saved successfully.
Please show a direct page where you’re trying to add custom tab and give the code you’re adding. We’ll try to change it.
Do you want to edit custom tab in Theme Options > Single Product Page or in product editor?

OK NOW IS PERFECT! For the second problem to translate some text, example if you go here:
(private content)

Do you see the text “PRODUCT DESCRIPTION” ? wich file i need to use to translate that?

Hello,

I don’t see your translation files in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/languages, only our default .po and .mo files.
Please read how to translate the theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/2_how_to_translate .
